Block III is packed with information and steps to take you from ‘inspired applicant to ‘solid recruit’. During this intensive final block, we advance the challenging evolution towards becoming an effective Operator.  In a seamless progression from processes initiated in Blocks I and II, we forge on and tackle the short-term tasks and medium-range objectives to include:

·      Developing  Physical Training Regimen

·       Essential Criminal Law

·       Laws, Codes and Procedures Common to Police

·       Duty Gear

·       The Academy: Drill, Class Materials and Strategy

·       Field Training (FTO)

·       Probationary Period

·       Your First Promotion or Transfer to Specialty Unit

When you have completed Block III, you will have navigated all possible steps towards getting hired by a public safety agency and will have a thorough preparation for the steps still to come in the hiring process (physical fitness test, medical exam, psychological tests, polygraph, interviews, oral boards, the Academy, etc. You will have established a “battle rhythm’ to your efforts,  and built up the necessary momentum to stand out from the competition as an excellent Recruit with the strength of Mind, Body and Spirit required to become an exemplary public safety professional. You will be fully prepared and ready to enter the academy, and fully informed on what follows. Your instructor is an expert Logistician, Tactician, Military Commander and Law Enforcement Trainer. With his guidance, you will become accustomed to accomplishing your targeted tasks and objectives towards the longer term goals.

We will honor your completion of all 3 Blocks with a short graduation ceremony where you receive the Full Program certificate detailing your hours of completion, along with some IPR gifts to include a TacBook Field Guide for Police.

If your goal is to become a police officer, we recommend Patrol Procedures as a follow on course if you have time before your Academy session begins. It’s a fun and informative course to learn and properly practice police work.
